TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

1. Registration fees

The registration fee of a team in tournament is fixed to 650$.

There are no entry fees in arenas during the tournament.

A representative for your team will see to take care of the key of the room.

Teams registered in tournament the previous year take precedence to register there as much as the form «Team registration» and the 650$ payment are received before December 15th, 2018.

The team must give two (2) postdated cheques issued in the order of «T. H. P. P. Q. Victoriaville», that is 300$ cashable on December 15th, 2018 and cashable 350$ second on February 15th, 2019.

No reservation is kept without the complete payment of inscription.

After this delay, the organizing committee will accept the first inscriptions received with complete payment, and it until every class is filled up in number pair:

Classes "AAA", «45 years and older», "Female", "SM-AA" and «Urban S.Q. »(maximum of 8 teams by class). Class «Home S. Q. »(maximum 64 teams - 8 classes of 8 teams).

The classification of teams will be done, a month before tournament, by taking into account the nearness of teams in comparison with tournament (about two hours of Victoriaville) to be able to fill up the hours of ice of Thursday and of Friday morning.

 

2. List of the players

A. Class «Maison S. Q. »(A-B-C-D-E-F-G and H)

B. Classes "AAA", «45 years and older», "Female", "SM-AA" and «Urban S. Q. »

The list of the players must be transmitted to the organisation before February 15th, 2019.

It is not necessary anymore to send a copy of the identity cards of the players. Every player registered in tournament will have to become identified at the request of the referee or of the representative for the tournament, with his policeman's identity card (badge) and for the civil goalkeeper, in the class «35 years and older» and «45 years and older», he will have to become identified with his driver's licence.

In the class «45 years and older», the player must meet the age allowed in the course of the year of tournament.

 

C. New player addition

It will be possible to add one or more players on the list of the team, after February 15th, 2019, on justification of players' change.

This modification should not affect the ratio of the team in the class «Maison S. Q. ».

Any request of players' addition will have to be allowed by the direction of THPPQ before the beginning of tournament.

 

D. Particularities of the players

All players have to be policemen active, temporary, auxiliary, younger or reprocessed and be possessors of policeman's identity card (badge), except for the civil goaler.

Any team letting evolve a not eligible player will see itself allocating a defeat from 1 to 0 for every game that the not eligible player will have played during tournament.

Happening the case of an urgent or unforeseen situation on behalf of a team, the direction of tournament reserves the right to regulate situation.

Everything will be done with internal consultation of management and the responsible officials and will be final.

A police player can register and evolve for a maximum of two teams in tournament, but it must be about two different classes.

A player in the class "AAA", «45 years and older», "SM-AA" and "Female" will be able to evolve in another class to meet criteria of selection. This permission, including the class «Maison S. Q. » is valid also for the police or civil goaler. 

However, the name of the player will have to be registered on the list of the players of the concerned team (Line-up) before the beginning of tournament.

No police member having a promise of appointment will be able to evolve in the tournament, except as civil goaler. The same is true for telecommunications clerk who is not police.

The member must be admitted to be police, police active, temporary, auxiliary, younger or reprocessed by an organisation, and to be possessor of policeman's identity card (Badge).

F. Goaler

In the class «Home S. Q. », a team can take a civil goaler, of adulthood (more than 18 years). This last adds twenty (+10) members to the team for ratio only if this goaler can be find in Elite hockey prospect (www.eliteprospects.com).

The addition of a second civil goalkeeper in the team will not increase the basin of the team .

This second civil goaler will be able to be dressed for the game. It is not necessary that the second goaler, participating in the game, is a police player.

A team of S. Q. will have the right to take a goaler of another S. Q office or other police body or organism parried policeman (approved by the direction of tournament) such as: Local Service of police, R.C.M.P, Military, Hydro-Quebec, Nativel, national Ports, CN / CP, jailer, etc.

He will count member for zero (+0) in the ratio of the team. (A certificate will have to be produced proving that the goalkeeper is police or police paratrooper, except for that of S. Q. ).

A goaler will be able to evolve for a single team of the class «Maison S. Q. »(that is to say in categories A-B-C-D-E-F-G or H) and will be also possible evolve in another class or: "AAA", «45 years and more», "SM-AA", "Female" or «Urban S. Q. »

He will however have to meet criteria of selection and be registered before the beginning of tournament. In the class «45 years and older», the civil goaler is allowed but since all other players, he will have to meet the age allowed in the course of the year of tournament.

 

G. Maximum basin allowed « Maison S. Q . » class

H. "SM-AA" class

In this class (reserved for municipal police), a team can match with other municipal police without exceeding however the maximum of 250 policemen.

A written proof confirming the number of policemen part of each of the municipal police will have to be produced to the organising committee during the inscription of the team.

M. Composition of classes

All classes will have to be composed of even teams of 4, 6 or 8 teams. The organising committee of tournament reserves the right to rank the number of team in classes to assure the smooth running of tournament.

If a class became odd in number of teams, the direction of tournament reserves the right to try to find an additional team otherwise a last team registered in this class would be possible be canceled. To note that the mail cancellation during the reception of the payment will act as guide to establish teams that have to be part of the contentious class.

Will the list of the players of your team (Line-up) has to have to be signed by all players participants and to have to put away to the official «teams registration» one hour before the beginning of every game registered on the official schedule in the arena (a place will be identified with this effect in the arena).
